Systems of this nature benefit greatly from a constant pressure system. These systems allow the pump to run on demand creating softer starts and stops. This prolongs the life of your pump. The drive that controls the system has other beneficial features such as:
- Stops the pump when it breaks suction
- Prevents rapid cycling
- Maintains a consistent water pressure output at variable flow rates
- Alerts customer if there is a problem with the system
- Reduces electricity use resulting in lower energy costs
